In case of any grievance / complaint, approach the concerned Research Analyst. The grievance must be resolved within 30 days.
If not redressed satisfactorily, lodge a complaint with SEBI on the SCORES portal โ a centralised web-based redressal system. SEBI takes up complaints with the intermediary for timely resolution and facilitates tracking.
